The Partners
Omer T. Simeon
Mr. Simeon is equally at ease in both the boardroom and computer room. He is an accomplished senior executive with a proven record for turnaround of failed IT organizations and programs. He finds the "obvious" solutions where none were obvious. He never imposes-his approach becomes the client's approach. He knows that the optimal technical solution does not always serve the business objective. Mr. Simeon synthesizes the best of both.
He was Senior Information Officer for over 12 years at both Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation and General Dynamics, Pomona Division, with worldwide IT accountability, including multiple data centers, multi-million dollar fiscal responsibility, and technical staff numbering in the hundreds.
Mr. Simeon has exceptional strategic and team building skills, which are particularly evident in environments where significant expansion and integration challenges exist.

| Daniel in the lion's den is the way I see the partnership. I am the lion, who stirs things up. But Omer is the substance of the parable. Omer has the depth of experience, the assuredness of clarity, and the presence of authority. Omer stroking his beard is the pause that forces a reflective moment in the boardroom or from the technicians scrutinizing a computer screen. His ability to infuse an environment with calm generates a focused result, instead of surges of fruitless effort. Omer is peace over troubled waters. Cynthia Leverhant Partner, HTM |
| Many of the consultants I observed early in my career could be classified as charter members of the "four A" club. They were: Arrogant, Avaricious, Aloof, and of course Posteriors. From these early observations, I learned what we must avoid being, at all costs, and hence some fundamental keys to our success as a consultancy:
